Is this retreat women-only?
This retreat is primarily designed as a women-centered experience. Sister circles and women-only healing sessions are reserved exclusively for women.
Partners or trusted companions may attend select group sessions with the purchase of a Partner Pass.

What’s not included?

Do I need prior experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing?
No experience is required. All activities are guided and beginner-friendly. You are encouraged to participate at your own comfort level.
Are all activities required?
No. All activities are optional. You are encouraged to honor your body, energy, and emotional needs at all times.
What optional add-ons are available?
Guests may choose to enhance their experience with optional services at an additional cost, including:

What airport do I fly in?

✈️ Travel Reminder – Please Read Carefully:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please book your flight to arrive in the morning, as it's a high-volume travel day.
🚫 Do NOT fly into Liberia Airport — it is an 8-hour car ride from the retreat location, and you will be responsible for your own transportation if you arrive there.
✅ All guests must fly into San José International Airport (SJO). This is the only airport where a bus service will be provided.
For the flight going home, purchase an evening flight since you have to keep in mind the 4-5 hour drive to the airport.
What if the itinerary changes?
The itinerary may shift slightly due to weather, group needs, or local conditions. Any adjustments will maintain the overall integrity and value of the retreat experience.
What is your refund and transfer policy?
All payments are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual with advance notice. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Is this retreat therapy or medical treatment?
No. This retreat is intended for personal growth, reflection, and spiritual exploration. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional therapeutic care.
How do I reserve my spot?
You can secure your space with a deposit through Teachable. Payment plans are automatic, so please budget accordingly. Space is limited to preserve an intimate group experience.
